At Walkerton, Indiana, an eastbound CSX empty Coke Express train led by a BNSF GEVO and a CSX C40-8W, clatters across the diamonds with the Elkhart & Western IMC line. Just a few feet to my right was where the former NYC Kankakee Belt crossed. There was a triangle of diamonds around the tower at one time. The NYC was abandoned by Conrail in 1983.
